2022 Santo Tomás Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright, easygoing expression of Baja California, combining ripe fruit, gentle structure, and steady freshness in a style that feels relaxed, polished, and ready for the table. It opens with aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and strawberry, lifted by notes of pink peppercorn and cedar. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, with juicy dark fruit, soft tannins, and a clean, balanced finish.
