2022 Santo Tomas Cabernet Savignon
Out of stock
Grape Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Country: Mexico
Region: Baja California
The Wine: Santo Tomás is one of Baja’s historic wineries, making wines that connect the region’s long winemaking tradition with a style that stays grounded, drinkable, and true to place. Warm days and cooling maritime influence help preserve freshness, and the wine is vinified in stainless steel with short maceration to keep the fruit clear and the tannins measured.
2022 Santo Tomás Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright, easygoing expression of Baja California, combining ripe fruit, gentle structure, and steady freshness in a style that feels relaxed, polished, and ready for the table. It opens with aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and strawberry, lifted by notes of pink peppercorn and cedar. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, with juicy dark fruit, soft tannins, and a clean, balanced finish.
Pairing: Carne asada tacos, grilled portobello tortas, or a backyard burger with bacon, avocado, and a heap of crispy fries (in the burger, of course).
